1. Product features and scope of use

1. The main ingredient of this product is ß-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, and the sodium sulfate content is ≤22.0%.

2. It has strong dispersion effect, obvious water reduction and enhancement effect, and its early strengthening effect is significant. It can speed up the turnover of templates and sites, speed up the project progress and shorten the construction period. It is suitable for concrete with early strength and high strength performance requirements and other concrete that improves strength and long-term performance.

3. It can significantly increase the slump of concrete and improve the fluidity of concrete. Suitable for commercial concrete, pumped concrete, high fluidity concrete, grouting materials, etc.

4. Do not entrain the air. Suitable for various grades of concrete under steam curing conditions and natural curing.

5. No corrosion effect on steel bars. Suitable for precast and cast-in-situ concrete, reinforced concrete, prestressed reinforced concrete, etc. in various projects.

6. It has good compatibility with Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement, etc.


2. Main performance and quality indicators

1. This product is available in powder and liquid. The appearance of the powder is brown and the liquid is tan. They are non-toxic, odorless and non-flammable.

2. The dosage range is 0.3-1.5%, and the recommended dosage is 0.75%.

3. When the recommended dosage of this product is added to concrete:

◆ While maintaining the same cement dosage and slump, the water reduction rate can reach more than 18%, which can increase the 1d compressive strength of concrete by 60-100%, the 3d compressive strength by 50-90%, and the 28d compressive strength. The strength is increased by 30-50%, and the strength will still increase in the later period.

◆ While keeping the water-cement ratio and water consumption the same, the concrete slump can be increased by more than 120mm.

◆ While keeping the slump and compressive strength basically unchanged, more than 18% of cement can be saved.

◆ It can significantly improve the durability and other mechanical properties of concrete.

3. Usage methods and precautions

1. The dosage range of this product is 0.3-1.5%, and the usage dosage is 0.5-1.2%. When used, the appropriate dosage can be selected according to the project object and the raw materials used.

2. Powder products should be used as solutions, or dry powder can be used directly, but the concrete must be mixed evenly.

3. If this product can be used by the stagnant water mixing method or the post-mixing method, its water reduction and dispersion effects will be better.

4. This product can be used in combination with other types of concrete admixtures. It can be "double-mixed" with fly ash, finely ground slag and other admixtures, but the amount at this time should be based on the total amount of cementing materials.

5. When using this product for the first time or changing cement varieties, a concrete trial mix should be carried out based on the raw materials used on site and construction needs, and the construction mix ratio should be corrected based on the test results to guide construction mixing.


4. Packaging, transportation and storage

1. Powders are packed in plastic bags lined with plastic bags and woven bags outside. The net weight of each bag is 25kg±0.13kg. Liquids are packed in plastic barrels and iron barrels, which must be sealed to prevent spillage or evaporation and dryness. Tank trucks can also be used for transportation.

2. When transporting the powder, be careful not to encounter sharp objects to prevent the package from being damaged and getting damp. If it gets damp, it can be prepared into a solution of a certain concentration for use without affecting the use effect.

3. This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry special warehouse. The validity period is one year. It can still be used after passing the validity period and passing the test.
