The calcium lignosulfonate produced by Laizhou Guangsheng Chemical Building Materials Co., Ltd. is a sulfonate derivative rich in active substances such as phenolic and carboxyl groups, manufactured from poplar wood as the raw material using a low-pollution process. It exhibits excellent solubility, high surface activity, and strong dispersing capabilities.

Wood calcium is widely used in concrete admixtures (recommended dosage of 0.25%, adjusted based on local cement compatibility), water coal slurry additives, asphalt emulsifiers, refractory material enhancers, pesticide fillers and suspending agents, dye dispersants and fillers, drilling mud stabilizers, as well as balling and granulation for ceramic body, mineral powder, fertilizers, and feed, as well as sand mold forming in casting.

Research has found that when the amount of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 6 and the amount of calcium lignosulfonate is between 4 and 6, the water-reducing effect is optimal and the cost is most economical. However, it should be noted that due to the properties of calcium and magnesium ions, precipitation and discoloration may easily occur when mixed with polycarboxylate.
